Thanks.

No, i drilled the bottle lids and used a nut on the threaded rod to tighten up from behind. The gin bottles have cork lids, so i stuck them in place with epoxy resin.

Nice better way of fixing personally.
The bungs dont allways fix that well in some cases.

I've used the bungs for champagne bottles. Here's a Cristal bottle I upcycled, and used braided cable for a more luxury look.
